God's convicted me about two specific risks that I'm taking action on this week. Please pray that God will bless these efforts. One is a relational issue that needs to be resolved - the second risk has to do with material things.
By the way - I'm finishing Blue Like Jazz this week.

If you handle relational situations biblically, then there is no risk. It is only perceived risk.
I read Blue Like Jazz quite some time ago. Glad you're catching up. :-)
I agree, its good. The one problem I have with all the "emergent" stuff that's out there is that they seem to merely be pointing out things that are wrong without providing biblically sound solutions.
Yes, I have heard much about Blue but have yet to read it. I know I know.
I just wanted you to know that as I read the last few posts of yours I was thinking, "yes! This is the Dan I wanted to read about." I'm enjoying it. Especially your thoughts on the Catholic church. Very honest. Very real. I'm lovin' it.
